Tenant appreciation events help increase the sense of community around a property. These events are not only fun and engaging, but they create strong bonds amongst neighbors and help build loyalty to your property. We have hosted numerous family friendly meet and greets, casual drop in’s, ice cream socials and open houses.

Weekday reservations

Monday-Friday, any time between 2 p.m and 10 p.m.

Minimum 2 hours / minimum sales $200 per hour / $200 deposit.

Weekend reservations

Saturday and Sunday, any time between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Minimum 2 hours/ minimum sales $300 per hour / $200 deposit.

Weekday lunch special

Monday-Friday, any time between 11 A.M. and 1 P.M. Minimum sales

only $200 / $200 deposit. A great option for parties of 30 to 100 guests.

NOTE: available Sept-March only!

Deposit / Minimum amount

We do ask you to pay a deposit and meet a minimum amount of sales. Your deposit is refunded within a couple of days of the event if the minimum sales was met.

Travel fee

$30 for up to 15 miles away

$60 for 16-25 miles away

$90 for 26-40 miles away. 

No catering more than 40 miles away

Groups of 50 people generally spend $300 and up. Groups of 100 or more generally spend $500 and up. We recommend you visit our truck and try our delicious ice creams.
